We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Embroidery Machine Operator to join a leading

production company in Pompano Beach, FL. This position is responsible for producing high-quality embroidered products with accuracy and consistency. The first step in the hiring process is completing the application and onboarding through 5th HQ Staffing before assignment to the client facility.

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay: $16/hr

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor embroidery machines to ensure quality and precision.
• Inspect products regularly for accuracy and consistency.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor machine issues.
• Follow guidelines for thread colors, design placement, and machine settings.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with the team to meet production goals efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, production, or embroidery operations is preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Must pass a background check and have reliable transportation.
• No time off permitted during November and December due to peak production.
