In Roznov p. R. and Brno we develop SW mathematical libraries, embedded SW drivers, SW stacks for broad range of MCUs/MPUs and math accelerators. We develop production ready software for automotive industry.

Embedded Software Engineer

We are looking for a talented Embedded Software Engineer to develop to help develop SW math libraries, embedded drivers, stacks for the next generation of NXP MCU/MPU platforms.

You will play a critical part in delivering a production ready SW solution for major car manufacturers
This job is for an Embedded Software Engineer with experience in embedded SW development and any experience in electric motor control is big advantage
The successful candidate will work closely with project managers, marketing and test team to develop customer facing deliverables, like math optimization, embedded SW drivers, stacks and example applications

What will you do?
Design and develop embedded software –
Participate on analysis of customer requirements and engage with architects to define system solutions
Perform code and test code reviews, follow NXP software quality standards
Interact with project managers and product owners

What will your environment be like?
Our R&D team is split between Roznov and Brno, we are looking for colleagues in Roznov and Brno
Flexible work arrangement - home office is possiblefet
Cooperating with other SW R&D teams across the world
Local (Roznov+Brno) SW embedded team consist of 10+ embedded engineers, remote test team with 10+ engineers, project management.
We offer a mentoring program for new employees

Required Experience and Qualifications
Master’s degree in embedded SW
SW coding and programming ability in C
Knowledge of SW debugging tools, environment & methodology
Knowledge of TCP/IP, USB, LIN protocols are advantage
Experience in signal processing and electric motor control is not necessary but could be an advantage.
Ability to face customers in meetings, calls and lab sessions
Fast reactivity and ability to manage crisis (methodology, synthesis, drive, communication)
Excellent communication in English (written or spoken)
Good contact and ability to work in a multicultural environment
Strong analytical mind
