Job Description

We are seeking a Junior Embedded SW Engineer to join our HW Platforms prototyping group.

The group is interacting closely with HW design teams (RFAnalogmixSignalDigital), SW teams and system from pre-silicon to Mass production by designing, developing and implementing HW low-level drivers, Reference SW, HW platforms, ICsystem validation and optimization.

The cooperation and involvement will ensure high quality IoT connectivity products to our customers and partners.

The specific team responsible for enabling FPGA package (model, HW, SW) for pre-silicon SW-HW integration development and developing low level drivers and reference SW for the IC from concept, implementation and up to test and characterize on target.

The team’s activity involves multidisciplinary knowledge and hands-on in Lab capabilities to ensure proper and stable IC performance over application.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop low level drivers and reference SW for embedded system
• Collaborate and provide feedback to the HW designer.
• Assist with the quality of SW and IC product by developing tests for the design verification of the products.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Advance level in C programming for ARM Cortex-M.
• Good understanding of IC HW and the interaction with the SW.
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python for test automation or tooling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with a proven ability to present technical concepts clearly and effectively.

Preferred Qualifications (Advantages):

• 1+ years of hands-on experience in embedded software development
• Knowledge of FPGA-based embedded systems.
• Knowledge of HDL design (Verilog or VHDL)
