Your Key Responsibilities:

• Innovation development in system and SW from idea to solution for future products for automotive and new growth fields
• Understand and define SW architecture and implement SW for rapid prototyping systems and embedded systems incl. SW requirements
• Support HW and SYS test for innovative power electronic systems
• Coordination of SW partners / suppliers: review and release technical content for functional demonstrators
• Testing of functional demonstrators, perform different tests and integrate new functional demonstrators for verification
• Report project results to project team, stakeholders and project steering
• Tech scouting and trend identification
• Results presentation for management, customers and on international events

Your Qualifications:

• Completed university degree in computer science, engineering (mechatronics, electronics) or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in the field of SW development desirable
• Several years of experience in the field of SW architecture
• Experience for embedded power electronics, electric drives and DCDC converter
• Knowledge in rapid prototyping systems like dSpace or Speedgoat
• Entrepreneurship to drive new products for existing business fields and new growth areas
• Professional experience of English, both spoken and written, German desirable
• Interest in international collaboration as well as willingness to travel (internationally)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills combined with an independent and responsible working style
• Ability to analyze technical problems and develop effective solutions
