Tasks:

• • 主导嵌入式软件的 功能安全需求分析、技术分解、架构设计与实现策略制定，确保安全目标可落地、可验证、可追溯。
  • 负责功能安全相关的软件机制设计，包括 故障检测、冗余降级策略、监控机制、诊断与安全状态管理等。
  • 牵头软件安全相关的 需求、架构、详细设计、测试与验证工作，建立并维护完整的端到端追溯链路。
  • 作为核心技术接口，与系统安全、硬件、测试及项目团队协同，推动 功能安全概念到软件实现的一致性。
  • 参与或主导软件开发流程、 功能安全流程及ASPICE相关活动，推动项目在过程、质量和交付上的合规性。
  • 对软件开发中的关键问题进行 技术评审、风险识别、根因分析和闭环跟踪，提升产品鲁棒性与量产稳定性。
  • 支持项目中的 软件版本规划、问题管理、变更控制、发布策略与交付节奏管理，兼顾技术深度与项目推进效率。
  • 在团队中承担一定的技术指导、经验沉淀与能力建设职责，推动功能安全开发方法与最佳实践落地。

Requirements:

1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、电子、自动化、通信、车辆工程或相关专业，硕士优先。
2. 5年以上嵌入式软件开发经验，具备汽车电子量产项目经验，有功能安全相关项目主导经验者优先。
3. 深入掌握 C/C++，熟悉车规级 MCU / SoC 平台开发，具备扎实的底层软件与系统理解能力。
4. 熟悉 ISO 26262 功能安全标准，具备功能安全需求分解、技术安全机制设计、软件安全验证经验者优先。
5. 具备较强的软件开发管理能力，能够推动需求追踪、缺陷管理、版本控制、风险管理与交付管理。
6. 具备 ASPICE 项目经验，熟悉汽车行业研发流程、质量体系和交付要求者优先。
7. 具备优秀的逻辑分析能力、问题解决能力、沟通协调能力和跨团队推动能力，能够在复杂项目环境中持续产出结果。
8. 具备良好的英语读写和技术沟通能力，能够参与英文文档编写、评审及跨文化协作。
