About the role
We are looking for a communicative and analytical software professional who enjoys solving complex technical problems and working closely with customers, project managers, and engineering teams.
In this role, you will investigate software-related issues in embedded automotive environments, understand system behavior, analyze complex C++ codebases, identify root causes, and support customers with clear technical communication and solution-oriented analysis.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, coordination, technical analysis, and stakeholder communication — not only pure software development.
Your contribution to something big
► Analyze and investigate software issues reported by customers in embedded automotive environments
► Understand, debug and trace complex system behavior in C/C++ codebases to identify root causes
► Coordinate technical issue resolution together with developers, testers, project managers, and customers
► Prepare technical analyses, status reports, presentations, and customer-facing documentation
► Communicate investigation progress and findings clearly toward internal and external stakeholders
► Support software quality improvement through structured problem-solving and continuous feedback
► Work in an international ADAS environment contributing to future autonomous driving technologies
What distinguishes you
► BSc/MSc degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Informatics, Telecommunications, Mathematics or related field
► Strong C/C++ programming and debugging skills
► Ability to understand large and complex software systems
► Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset
► Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
► Ability to explain technical topics clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
► Structured, proactive and customer-oriented personality
► Interest in embedded systems and automotive software technologies
► Good English communication skills (German is a plus)
Nice to have
► Experience with embedded software or automotive systems
► Familiarity with debugging tools, log analysis, and issue investigation
► Experience working with customers or cross-functional international teams
► Knowledge of agile development processes
