As the Embedded Sales Delivery Specialist, reporting to the Head of Embedded Sales Delivery, you will play a key role in helping our sales function deliver for customers. You'll support the end-to-end execution of metering projects - making sure orders are processed, tracked, and completed accurately and on time.

This is a 12-month max term role with potential of converting to permanent as the team grows.

  • Ensure all customer orders are accurately entered into the system and processed in a timely manner.
  • Create and manage internal service orders in the field delivery system to support accurate and timely completion by field teams.
  • Validate completed orders through QA processes and reconcile them against project orders to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Manage customer enquiries through the inbox and resolve issues in a timely manner, aiming for first-time resolution.
  • Maintain asset registers, monitor data quality, and support month-end billing activities.
  • Prepare electrical safety certificates in NSW, ACT and VIC to meet regulatory requirements and coordinate site returns for meter commissioning.

Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualifications in business, data analytics or related discipline.
  • 1–3 years’ experience in operations, data processing or customer support (energy sector a bonus).
  • Ability to navigate Excel with ease and
  • Experience in data management, processing, analysis including direct customer contact and query resolution experience.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrate the ability to remain calm, tolerant, and professional in a stressful and demanding environment.
