Job Description

Role Purpose

This role strengthens delivery capability across a growing global security programme for a major client. Operating as an embedded client-facing specialist, the Embedded Program Manager leads the coordination, visibility, and performance of international security system deployments.

Unlike traditional technical security roles, this position is focused on client relationship ownership, project coordination, and operational oversight rather than deep engineering or commissioning activity.

You will work closely with in-country Project Managers and delivery teams to ensure projects are delivered consistently, risks are identified early, and the client receives clear communication and accountability across all regions.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship & Programme Ownership

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the client’s global security program

  • Maintain a working understanding of physical security systems (CCTV, access control, etc.)

  • Support troubleshooting through coordination with technical specialists

  • Contribute to client discussions with practical, solution-focused input

  • Ensure issues are resolved efficiently through the appropriate channels

(This role requires awareness of security systems, not deep technical engineering expertise.)

Travel & Client Engagement

  • Travel to client HQ (Geneva) and project locations as required

  • Attend key stakeholder meetings and support global programme visibility

  • Act as the on-the-ground client representative where needed

Experience & Requirements

Core Experience

  • Clear, confident communication across diverse stakeholders

Language Requirements

  • Fluent / native-level French (essential)

  • Strong English communication skills

Other Requirements

  • Willingness to travel internationally

  • Strong organisational and communication skills

Why Join
