We are seeking an experienced Intelligence Analyst to join our team in an embedded role supporting a global technology company. Working remotely from within the United States and reporting to the Embedded Intelligence Team Lead, the successful candidate will join a small team responsible for delivering timely, actionable intelligence across the Americas and Europe. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with client stakeholders, helping them understand emerging risks and developments that may impact their people, assets, operations, and reputation.
The Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for conducting all-source research, monitoring, and analysis to identify emerging threats, incidents, risks, and trends relevant to the client’s operating environment. The successful candidate will produce high-quality intelligence assessments, briefings, and situational updates that support operational and strategic decision-making, while responding to stakeholder requests and contributing to incident response and crisis support efforts. The role requires strong analytical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable intelligence products.
This position requires an individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities, and delivering accurate analysis under tight timelines. Experience with open-source research, threat monitoring, and intelligence production is essential, while familiarity with modern intelligence and productivity tools, including commercial monitoring platforms, AI-assisted analytical tools, and collaborative working environments, is highly desirable.
This is a full-time remote position based in the United States, working standard business hours Monday through Friday. The successful candidate will work closely with client stakeholders, fellow analysts, and Sibylline support teams to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality intelligence products while contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Triage findings and support timely escalation in line with defined tasking and escalation frameworks; maintain accurate logs and supporting evidence.

Support incident response and crisis communications through intelligence-led situational awareness (e.g. rapid updates, context, potential impacts, and recommended next steps as appropriate).
Contribute to maintaining and improving SOPs, definitions, and workflows by flagging gaps/redundancies, documenting lessons learned, and implementing agreed process updates.
Participate in quality assurance processes (peer review/editing) and uphold briefing and writing standards to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery.
Engage constructively with both client and Sibylline stakeholders; contribute to regular syncs/business reviews by providing updates on workload, outputs, and trends.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience conducting intelligence analysis related to activism threats, event threat assessments, geopolitical developments, and location-based risk assessments preferred.
Ability to translate complex threat and risk information into concise, actionable intelligence for security and operational stakeholders.
Strong all-source research, OSINT collection, and analytical tradecraft, including rapid triage and escalation in time-sensitive situations.
Working knowledge of the intelligence cycle and briefing standards; able to produce clear, well-structured written products and verbal updates.
Experience (or demonstrated interest in) monitoring threats that can impact private-sector people, facilities/assets, operations, and reputation (including online communities/social signals as relevant).
Sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to stay composed in demanding environments with competing priorities.
Demonstrated ability to independently produce finished intelligence products under minimal supervision.
Experience working within defined SOPs and workflows while contributing ideas for continuous improvement.
Collaborative, stakeholder-focused approach; able to work effectively in a matrixed environment across client and Sibylline structures.
Familiarity with utilizing intelligence, monitoring, and productivity technologies in support of threat analysis and intelligence production, including familiarity with commercial threat monitoring platforms (e.g., Dataminr), AI-assisted analytical tools (e.g., Google Gemini), and enterprise collaboration environments such as Google Workspace preferred.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Experience briefing stakeholders and defending analytical judgments in dynamic operational environments.
Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Security Studies, Criminal Justice, Journalism, or a relevant field from an accredited college or university; or equivalent professional experience. Master’s degree, preferred.
