Email Operations & Communications Specialist

What You'll Be Doing

Strategy & Governance

• Define the experience communications strategy.

• Establish governance standards for content, branding, compliance and data use.

• Develop lifecycle communication frameworks.

• Partner with CX, UX, Product, Marketing, Legal and IT.

Communications & Email Operations

• Own transactional, lifecycle and system-triggered communications.

• Build and optimize automation programs within CRM/ESP platforms.

• Manage segmentation, personalization and trigger logic.

• Ensure QA, deliverability and operational excellence.

Content & Experience Management

• Align communications with content governance, SEO and web experiences.

• Approve communications for quality, consistency, accessibility and compliance.

• Maintain reusable templates and design standards.

Analytics & Optimization

• Define KPIs and reporting.
• Lead testing and optimization.
• Use data to improve customer journeys.

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ years in digital communications, email operations, customer experience or related field.
• B2B technology, distribution, digital commerce or enterprise platform experience.
• Hands-on experience with Eloqua.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS, automation, segmentation, QA and deliverability.
• Experience in Agile environments and cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.

The Skills That Will Help You Succeed Even More: (Optional):

• Communication lifecycle.
• Experience with UX.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid: This position is part of a hybrid work arrangement requiring employee to be in office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with the option to work remotely on Monday and Friday.
