We're hiring an email marketing specialist to own our lifecycle email program at a fast-growing finance B2C brand.
You'll handle:
- Subject lines, offers, and copy
- Segmentation and audience strategy
- Campaign briefs, calendar planning, and execution
- Promotional blasts, automated flows, lifecycle sequences
- A/B testing and iteration based on results
Required:
- Proven email marketing experience for ecommerce, software, or finance B2C brands
- Strong instinct for offers and subject lines that convert
- Comfortable working with structured processes and AI-assisted workflows
- Reliable, organized, available for ongoing work
Nice to have (not required):
- Customer.io experience
- HTML email design experience (writing HTML directly or with AI, not image-based)
About the setup:
We use Customer.io as our ESP. Our HTML emails are AI-generated against templates we maintain. Processes are documented — you're stepping into an existing system, not building one from scratch. Your job is the strategy and execution of campaigns.
