What We're Looking For

We are looking for an Email Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for building, executing, and optimizing email and lifecycle marketing campaigns that engage our active investor audience. You will work closely with our growth, retention, copywriting, design, data, dev, and QA teams to bring campaigns from concept to deployment and continuously improve performance.

This is a great fit for someone with a few years of hands-on B2C email marketing experience who wants to grow their skills in automation, segmentation, lifecycle and email marketing.

What You'll Do

  • Build and manage email workflows, automations, and triggered/lifecycle campaigns in Sailthru (or a comparable ESP)
  • Segment audiences and tailor content by customer lifecycle stage to improve targeting and personalization
  • Manage email campaigns end-to-end — from copy/design handoff through QA and deployment
  • Set up and run A/B tests to continually improve open rate, click-through rate, and conversion
  • Collaborate with copywriting, design, data, dev, and QA to build campaign calendars and keep messaging consistent
  • Monitor performance dashboards, analyze results, and prepare reports with recommendations based on customer behavior and lifecycle data
  • Maintain subscriber list hygiene and ensure compliance with email regulations

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in B2C email marketing
  • Experience with email marketing and automation platforms, Sailthru or a comparable ESP strongly preferred
  • Native/fluent English proficiency
  • Familiarity with CRM concepts: audience segmentation, data hygiene, customer lifecycle analysis
  • Strong analytical skills, including A/B testing and translating data into actionable recommendations
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email design
  • Familiarity with GDPR and CAN-SPAM regulations
  • Prior experience in investing or financial services
  • Excellent written communication and strong attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines

Hybrid work model: One day per week in the office, located in Raanana.

Temporary position: This is a 9-month maternity leave replacement.
