As our brand partners continue to prioritise email marketing and CRM to support their growth, we’re looking for an Email Marketing Executive to join our team.
This is a great role for someone early in their marketing career who’s excited to learn, experiment and grow. You’ll get exposure to a bit of everything: from reviewing email flows, to helping plan newsletter content, to writing and scheduling campaigns.
About the role
As an Email Marketing Executive within the Brand Hackers team, you’ll typically work across 2-4 brands at any one time, either as part of a wider Brand Hackers team or alongside our partners’ in‑house marketing teams.
What you’ll do
You don’t need to tick every box from day one, we’ll support you to grow into the role. Typical responsibilities include:
Supporting the production of CRM and email audits for brand partners
Helping to plan, set up and schedule email campaigns focused on engagement, retention and loyalty
Writing clear, on‑brand copy for campaign emails and flows.
Building emails using existing templates and basic design tools
Pulling performance reports (e.g. opens, clicks, revenue) and helping interpret what’s working and what we should test next
Bringing fresh ideas for subject lines, content, and experiments to improve performance
Working with the CRM Manager to help build and maintain simple flows (e.g. welcome, abandoned cart, winback)
Preparing summaries of key campaign results and learnings for internal and external stakeholders
About you
We’re open to a range of backgrounds. You’ll have some hands‑on email experience already, and might be in a broader marketing role and looking to specialise.
You’ll have:
Hands-on experience in email marketing, and likely other marketing channels, preferably in a DTC/e-commerce brand.
Basic familiarity with at least one email or CRM platform (e.g. Klaviyo preferably, Mailchimp, HubSpot or etc. is of interest) and a strong willingness and ability to learn quickly
A good understanding of what makes a compelling marketing email (subject lines, CTAs, structure, etc.)
Comfortable working with numbers and spreadsheets, and using data to spot simple trends
Strong written communication skills and good attention to detail
Well-organised, able to manage your time and juggle multiple tasks or brands
Proactive, curious, and happy to ask questions and suggest ideas
Nice to have (but not required):
Experience with Klaviyo
Basic Canva or similar design tool skills
Agency or multi‑client experience
If you’re not sure you meet every requirement, we’d still encourage you to apply. We care more about your potential, appetite to learn, and interest in email/CRM than a perfect CV.
Working rights in the UK are required.
