THE IMPACT YOU CAN HAVE

The Email Marketing Analyst will manage the development, execution, deployment, and performance measurement of promotional, triggered, and transactional email campaigns designed to drive online and in-store sales, strengthen customer engagement, and support Ulta Beauty’s brand objectives. This position will serve as the main point of contact for multiple internal and external teams working together to achieve promotional marketing objectives.

YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH THESE GOALS BY:

• Manage the creation, approval, and deployment process of assigned email campaigns to ensure an accurate and timely deployment
• Build relationships between CRM, Loyalty, Creative, UX, IT, Merchant and Content teams as well as external partners
• Demonstrate knowledge of various production processes for promotional, transactional and triggered email sends accordingly
• Accurately load, test and schedule customer data files associated with specific campaigns
• Troubleshoot issues promptly and be solution oriented; effectively communicate issues to necessary teams for awareness
• Analyze data to create and distribute KPI reports to fuel insight driven recommendations for program enhancements
• Participate in planning meetings to understand guest-centric marketing strategies, goals and objectives

THE ESSENTIALS OF SUCCESS

• Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably with an emphasis in marketing/business
• 2-4 years of relevant online or marketing experience, preferably for a multichannel retail brand
• Experience with an email service provider (ESP), preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Must be a team player and have effective communication skills
• Quantitative skills, including Excel, data validation, reporting, analysis, and visualization
• Highly organized and possess excellent time management, multi-tasking and prioritization skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with an ability to collaborate with others in person or via digital platforms
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Passion for testing, learning, and making data-driven decisions a plus

The pay range for this position is $57,300.00 - $73,652.00 / Year with the opportunity for eligible associates to earn additional compensation pursuant to the Company’s bonus plan. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, shift, geographic location, and business and organizational needs. Full-time positions are eligible for paid time off, health, dental, vision, life and disability benefits. Part-time positions are eligible for dental, vision, life, and disability benefits.
