We are seeking for a creative and performance-driven Email Designer to support lifecycle marketing and campaign execution. This role will design high-converting email creatives aligned with brand standards and optimized for engagement and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design promotional, lifecycle, and automated email campaigns
  • Create visually compelling email layouts aligned with brand guidelines
  • Optimize email templates for mobile responsiveness
  • Collaborate with marketing and copy teams on campaign strategy
  • Maintain design consistency across email flows and launches
  • Support A/B testing initiatives for creative optimization

Requirements

  • 1–4 years of email design experience in e-commerce or DTC brands
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools
  • Experience designing within Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar ESPs
  • Understanding of email marketing performance metrics (CTR, CVR, revenue per send)
  • Strong portfolio showcasing email campaigns
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and responsiveness
