Job Description

About the Role

The Email Campaign & Web Coordinator is responsible for planning, producing, publishing and optimising the organic direct marketing and website activity for TEG's key events and entertainment brands.

Sitting within the Creative & Content team in the Ovation Agency, this role works closely with campaign teams to deliver high-impact, data-driven communications that drive awareness, engagement and ticket sales. It requires a mix of strategic thinking, hands-on execution and stakeholder management.

Requirements

Outcomes to Deliver

Campaign Execution

  • End-to-End Production: Own the lifecycle of email campaigns from the initial brief through to deployment and post-send reporting.
  • Technical Build: Masterfully build, test, and deploy HTML, plain text, and drag-and-drop emails using Braze and Audience Republic.
  • Web Excellence: Execute content updates across TEG websites with a relentless focus on user experience, conversion, and brand accuracy.
  • Link Mastery: Manage digital journeys via Feature FM, generating short links, tour links, and bio links to streamline the fan experience.

Optimisation & Reporting

  • Performance Insights: Monitor and analyse campaign performance, delivering insights and recommendations to continually refine targeting and messaging.
  • Conversion Strategy: Apply A/B testing and segmentation strategies to improve open rates, CTR, and conversion.

Stakeholder & Platform Management

  • Collaborative Planning: Work with campaign teams and internal partners to align digital activity with marketing objectives and secure necessary assets and approvals.
  • Platform Stewardship: Maintain the website CMS and ensure all EDM templates are modern, functional, and optimised for performance.

Compliance & Best Practice

  • Regulatory Excellence: Ensure all activity strictly adheres to privacy and spam regulations (GDPR/ACMA) while maintaining high standards in data accuracy and deliverability.

Capabilities to Bring

  • Digital & CRM Expertise: 2+ years’ experience in a digital marketing or CRM role (ideally in entertainment, media, or e-commerce) with hands-on mastery of Braze, Audience Republic, or equivalent ESPs.
  • Marketing Automation & Data Savvy: Familiar with a broad range of marketing automation and analytics tools, with specific expertise in managing data orchestration and using Liquid code within Braze to deliver highly personalised fan experiences.
  • Technical Proficiency: Confident managing CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow) and workflow tools like Monday.com to maintain high standards of quality control and detail.
  • Analytical Thinking: A sharp ability to dissect briefs, question the "why," and interpret data to translate insights into high-performing marketing actions.
  • Fast-Paced Adaptability: Highly organised and comfortable navigating multiple stakeholders and competing deadlines in a dynamic, high-energy environment.
  • Industry & Model Familiarity: Experience within the live entertainment, touring, or events sector, ideally having worked within a hybrid agency/in-house model.
  • Email Design & Development: Confident in designing HTML emails with the ability to read and troubleshoot HTML and CSS to ensure pixel-perfect delivery.

Other considerations for this position

  • Due to the nature of this role, work is required outside of normal business hours and on the weekends.
  • You will also be required to work with global teams across various time zones and be on call in line with company policy.
