A fantastic opportunity has presented itself for an Executive Manager Business Analytics, Insights & Automation reporting to the GM Network Operations.
A bit about your role
As Executive Manager Business Analytics, Insights & Automation, you will lead the Network Operations analytics and automation strategy, driving operational excellence through the effective use of data, technology and insights. As a senior leader within the function, you will partner closely with executive stakeholders to define and execute a forward-looking strategy that delivers measurable improvements in performance, efficiency and customer outcomes. You will be accountable for translating strategic priorities into a clear roadmap of initiatives and ensuring analytics and automation capabilities continue to evolve in line with both business requirements and enterprise strategy.
You will lead a high-performing team responsible for delivering actionable insights, advanced analytics and automation solutions that create value across the organisation. Working collaboratively with Technology Enablement, the Chief Data Office and other business leaders, you will drive innovation, champion data-led decision making and identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies including AI, automation and advanced analytics. You will also provide leadership across governance, investment prioritisation, capability development and benefits realisation, ensuring initiatives deliver sustainable business outcomes and long-term value.
A bit about you
You are a strategic and influential leader with significant experience delivering analytics, business intelligence, automation or digital transformation outcomes within complex enterprise environments. You have a proven ability to lead high-performing teams, influence senior stakeholders and translate data-driven insights into meaningful business results.
You bring strong commercial acumen, a passion for innovation and a track record of delivering large-scale initiatives that improve operational performance and customer outcomes. Your ability to build trusted relationships across a broad stakeholder landscape, combined with your understanding of enterprise data governance, operating models and emerging technologies, enables you to drive change and create lasting value. You thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy solving complex business challenges and are passionate about developing people, uplifting capability and delivering outcomes that matter.
You may find that your experience does not match every requirement listed but, if this role has piqued your interest or resonates with where you are in your career, we encourage you to apply rather than self-select out. We are interested in transferable skills and your skills and perspective could be exactly what we would value to strengthen our team.
