Position Start Date: March 02, 2026
Responsibilities: Maintains accurate academic and student records and ensures a high level of data integrity for the College.  Develops and manages key processes within the Registrar’s/Academic Affairs department to improve data quality and efficiency and is the point person for training new staff on registration activities and related processes.
Minimum

Qualifications: Associate’s degree in Business or other related field with 3 to 5 years of experience with administrative and secretarial support, experience in an independent role as an office assistant/manager, or closely related responsibilities are essential. Experience maintaining complex office filing systems, and experience with college curriculum, academic courses & course prerequisites. Previous experience in a K-12 or Higher Education setting.
Preferred

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited college or university, along with 2 – 4 years of experience in a Higher Education setting.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Extremely close attention to detail.
- Knowledge of modern student record management principles & practices.
- Computer knowledge and skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, & Outlook), along with SIS systems.
- Experience in training and assisting other employees/staff.
- Strong decision-making skills.
- Strong communication skills (Verbal & Written).
- Data entry skills with high accuracy.
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills related to process design and process management.
