Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopedics business to establish a standalone orthopedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. Should you accept this position, it is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction, you would be an employee of DePuy Synthes and your employment would be governed by DePuy Synthes employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans. In that case, details of any planned changes would be provided to you by DePuy Synthes at an appropriate time and subject to any necessary consultation processes.

The EM Analyst plays a key role in supporting the execution of high-impact educational events that enhance engagement with healthcare professionals and advance commercial excellence objectives. This role contributes to planning, coordination, and delivery of training and education-focused programs, ensuring seamless execution and a high-quality participant experience. It offers an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in event operations, stakeholder collaboration, and customer education within a leading MedTech organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the planning and execution of educational events, including logistics, scheduling, and coordination of internal and external stakeholders
• Coordinate event logistics such as venue selection, catering, transportation, and audio/visual requirements
• Prepare and distribute event communications including invitations, agendas, and educational materials
• Maintain event calendars and track attendance, materials, and participant information
• Collect and organize event feedback, summaries, and key insights to support continuous improvement
• Assist with vendor coordination and support contract and budget tracking activities
• Respond to inquiries related to upcoming education programs, registrations, and participation
• Compile and update event documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely communication to stakeholders
• Support internal meetings and large-scale events as needed, ensuring alignment with organizational guidelines
• Ensure all activities follow compliance, privacy, and company standards

Qualifications

Education:
• Bachelor’s degree required (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or related field)
• Advanced degree (MBA or Master’s) preferred

Experience and Skills:

Required:
• 0–2 years of relevant experience in event coordination, training support, marketing operations, or similar field
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and adaptability

Preferred:
• Experience supporting educational or customer-facing events, preferably in healthcare or MedTech
• Familiarity with event management tools or CRM systems
• Exposure to budget tracking and vendor management
• Experience working with external stakeholders such as healthcare professionals
• Basic data analysis skills to interpret event metrics and feedback
• Knowledge of compliance requirements for healthcare-related events

Other:

Language: Portuguese required; English proficiency preferred
Travel: Up to 20% domestically (occasional regional travel may be required)
Certifications: Event or project management certifications are a plus (e.g., CAPM, PMP – preferred, not required)
