On Behalf of our client, Manpower Malta is seeking a Tendering Specialist (ELV) plays a pivotal part in coordinating all aspects of the tendering process. The Tendering Specialist supports the development of strategies to secure viable ELV projects through tenders, ensuring that awarded projects are planned and implemented in line with agreed criteria.
Reviewing tender specifications, bills of quantities, and design drawings for ELV-related projects (fire alarm, CCTV, access control, public address, structured cabling, and similar systems).
Conducting site surveys and evaluating client requirements and existing ELV system conditions.
Supervising the preparation of quotations for ELV systems and solutions.
Liaising with ELV system manufacturers, integrators, and suppliers.
Possession of, or active progress toward, an engineering certification or Pre-Warrant Qualification courses.
Proven experience in ELV systems is a must.
Knowledge of contractual terms and conditions.
Understanding of quality and environmental management systems, including ELV and life-safety systems.
