Job Description

The Elite Relationship Manager-Household will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and their families. This role requires a strategic and consultative approach to understand client needs and provide tailored financial solutions. The manager will work closely with the Branch Banking team to deliver an exceptional client experience and drive business growth.

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with high-net-worth households, understanding their financial goals and objectives.
  • Provide personalized financial advice and solutions, including investment strategies, wealth management, and banking services.
  • Proactively identify and address client needs, offering innovative and tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as investment specialists and private bankers, to deliver a comprehensive service.
  • Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments to offer informed advice.
  • Conduct regular client reviews and portfolio assessments to ensure alignment with client goals.
  • Manage and oversee a team of relationship officers, providing guidance and support for effective client management.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive client information.
  • Participate in business development activities, including networking events and client seminars.
  • Contribute to the overall growth and success of the Branch Banking department by achieving individual and team targets.
  • A bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in relationship management, with a focus on high-net-worth individuals.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Excellent knowledge of investment products, wealth management strategies, and banking services.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a high-volume workload.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in using banking software and technology for relationship management.
  • A professional certification or designation in finance or banking is an asset.
