From lesson planning and curriculum development to measurable outcomes and daily enrichment, you will be responsible for the child’s holistic academic growth. The family seeks someone who can lead with vision, partner with purpose, and collaborate seamlessly with parents, homeschool networks, and like-minded educators. Learning will take place at home, during travel, and in dynamic contexts—requiring adaptability, creativity, and innovation.
The ideal candidate is an experienced academic leader who views teaching as sacred work, with humility at the core of their practice. They will bring 10+ years of proven teaching experience, a Master’s degree in Education, Child Development, or an academic specialty, and a strong background in curriculum design and implementation. Montessori (AMI or AMS) certification and IB training (PYP) are strongly preferred. Prior experience working within private families—as a nanny, governess, or private educator—is essential. The right fit will also bring a forward-thinking, tech-savvy mindset (AI and educational technology enthusiasm welcomed), balanced with a grounded, heart-centered approach to children and nature.
