Capital Vacations is hiring Experienced In-House Timeshare Sales Representatives to join our Cocoa Beach sales team.

If you're a proven timeshare or vacation ownership sales professional with an active Florida Real Estate License, this opportunity offers existing-owner presentations, an attainable commission structure, and significant earning potential with one of the fastest-growing companies in vacation ownership.

Requirements

• Active Florida Real Estate License — Required
• Previous Vacation Ownership or Timeshare In-House Sales experience — Required
• Proven success in a commission-based sales environment
• Strong closing and presentation skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
• Professional, customer-focused approach
• Ability to work weekends and holidays

Position Overview

As an In-House Timeshare Sales Representative, you'll work directly with existing Capital Vacations owners to understand their vacation goals and present personalized ownership solutions.

You'll build relationships, overcome objections, confidently close sales, and help owners maximize the value of their vacation ownership while achieving your own sales and income goals.

We're looking for experienced In-House closers who understand the vacation ownership industry and are ready to perform at a high level.
