Capital Vacations is hiring experienced In-House Timeshare Sales Representatives to join our elite Daytona Beach sales team in Ormond Beach.

We're looking for proven timeshare and vacation ownership sales professionals with an active Florida Real Estate License who are ready to maximize their earning potential with an established In-House operation.

Our Daytona Beach team is intentionally built around experienced sales professionals, with consistent existing-owner presentations, no prospecting, strong sales leadership, and a highly competitive compensation plan.

Compensation & Earning Potential

• Earn up to 17% commission
• Weekly commission payouts

Requirements

• Active Florida Real Estate License — Required
• Previous Timeshare or Vacation Ownership Sales experience
• In-House Sales experience strongly preferred
• Proven closing ability in a commission-based sales environment
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Excellent relationship-building abilities
• Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
• Professional, customer-focused approach
• Ability to work weekends and holidays

Position Overview

As an In-House Timeshare Sales Representative, you'll work directly with existing Capital Vacations owners to understand their vacation needs and present personalized ownership solutions.

You'll focus on building relationships, delivering an exceptional owner experience, and helping existing owners maximize the value of their vacation ownership.

We're looking for experienced closers who understand the vacation ownership industry and want to perform at a high level within an established In-House sales environment.
