
We are looking for a customer-focused and experienced Elite Banker - Inbound to support branch banking operations and deliver high-quality service to walk-in customers. The Elite Banker will play a key role in servicing clients across segments, resolving queries, and supporting the Service Officer as needed. This role also involves non-transactional servicing, reconciliation, and cross-selling of financial products.Service walk-in customers across all segments, ensuring prompt and courteous assistance
Generate leads for New-To-Bank (NTB) customers and actively cross-sell financial products
Act as a backup to the Personal Banker during peak hours or absences
Handle non-transactional servicing tasks such as audit support and reconciliation of branch accounts
Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally
Identify and capitalize on business opportunities sensed during customer interactions
Deliver a high-quality customer experience to encourage retention and positive word-of-mouth
