Job Description

As an Elite Banker-Inbound, you will be the primary point of contact for a select group of affluent clients. Your role is crucial in building and maintaining strong relationships, understanding their unique financial needs, and providing exceptional service. You will collaborate with various teams to deliver customized banking solutions, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage a portfolio of high-net-worth inbound clients, understanding their financial goals and preferences.
  • Proactively reach out to clients, offering personalized financial advice and solutions.
  • Cross-sell and up-sell bank products and services, including investments, loans, and insurance.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all client interactions and transactions.
  • Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and new banking products to provide informed advice.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and efficient client onboarding.
  • Handle client inquiries and complaints promptly, providing effective resolutions.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews with clients to assess their satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Participate in marketing and promotional activities to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
  • Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and maintain high ethical standards.
  • A bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of banking products, services, and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust.
  • Proven track record of successful client relationship management and business development.
  • Analytical skills to interpret financial data and make informed recommendations.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of client interactions.
  • Proficiency in using banking software and tools for efficient client management.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A self-motivated and results-driven approach to work.
