Job Description

As an Elite Banker, you will be responsible for acquiring and managing relationships with affluent households, offering tailored financial solutions.   • Develop and execute a strategic plan to acquire new high-net-worth household clients.
  • Manage and grow existing relationships with households, ensuring their financial needs are met.
  • Offer personalized financial advice and solutions, including investment strategies and wealth management.
  • Stay updated on market trends and industry developments to provide relevant and timely advice.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless client experience across the bank's services.
  • Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to maintain strong relationships.
  • Prepare and deliver financial reports and analyses to clients, providing clear insights.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities and promote the bank's products and services.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards in all client interactions.
  • Stay organized and manage time effectively to meet client demands and achieve targets.
  • A bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and wealth management strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport.
  • Proven track record of acquiring and managing high-net-worth clients.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and provide insights.
  • Proficiency in using banking software and tools for client relationship management.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a high-volume workload.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
