Job Description

As an Elite Banker in our Business Banking division, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with business customers, offering tailored financial solutions, and promoting our bank's products and services. Your role will be crucial in driving business growth and maintaining a strong customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business customers, understanding their financial needs and goals.
  • Proactively identify and approach potential business customers, offering tailored banking solutions.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive and professional banking experience.
  • Cross-sell and up-sell bank products and services, including loans, deposits, and investment opportunities.
  • Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings to provide competitive financial solutions.
  • Collaborate with other bank teams to ensure a seamless customer journey and efficient service delivery.
  • Manage and monitor customer accounts, ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulations.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing timely and accurate resolutions.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and set achievable sales targets.
  • Attend industry events and network to promote the bank's brand and services.
  • A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in business banking or financial services.
  • Strong sales and relationship management skills, with a proven track record of achieving targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant banking software.
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach to work, with a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of customer interactions.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed business decisions.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours, including weekends, as required.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to continuous learning.
