Job Description

Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd is seeking an Elite Banker to join our Business Banking team. This role focuses on outbound branch banking and relationship management, offering a unique opportunity to build strong client relationships.

As an Elite Banker, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of high-value business clients. Your primary focus will be on outbound activities, reaching out to potential clients and building a strong network. Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute outbound strategies to target potential business clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored financial solutions.
  • Stay updated on market trends and industry developments to offer relevant advice.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service.
  • Monitor and analyze client portfolios to identify growth opportunities.
  • Handle client inquiries and provide prompt, accurate responses.
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand your network.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards at all times.


Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business banking or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial products and services, especially in business banking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a diverse portfolio of clients.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with banking software.
  • A self-starter with a proactive approach to work and client engagement.
  • Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  • Strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
  1. Develop and expand relationships with High Net Worth customers for liabilities and commercial assets.
  2. Ensure high levels of customer service and compliance with bank policies.
  3. Cross-sell a wide range of banking products to deepen client engagement.
  4. Inform clients about new products and enhancements to strengthen relationships.
  5. Plan and execute targeted sales initiatives and client engagement events.
  6. Collaborate with group companies to offer integrated financial solutions.
  7. Maintain detailed records of client interactions and relationship history.
  8. Monitor and resolve customer complaints and queries within defined turnaround times (TAT).
