For our Helicopters Division, we are looking for a Service Delivery Manager.
Main responsibilities are:
• Act as day by day main contact for each Customer providing timely responses to their needs;
• Understand Customer operations and needs, to identify the proper level of service performances to be monitored;
• Decide the best approach towards the Customer in resolving operational issues, both in terms of feasibility, time schedule and cost impact;
• Influence Customer operational standards, proposing LHD service solutions (Service Plans, Spare Parts Planning, Spare Parts Packages, BOA Contracts, etc.) as part of joint improvement initiatives;
• Organize periodic visits at Customer, together with the relevant Technical Representative;
• Monitor fleet performances and LHD service delivery performances (through a set of defined KPIs), against defined targets;
• Define appropriate target performance levels for each Customer (in addition to the ones already formalized through service contracts), based on a detailed assessment of their operations and needs;
• Coordinate Service Delivery departments ensuring delivery alignment with Customer expectations and Contractual requirements.
ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor/master degree in Engineering/Finance/Management
• Previous 5/10 years’ experience in Defense/ Aerospace / Automotive or equivalent High Tech company sector as Key Accountant within the After Sales Department
• Fluent English (French and Spanish as a plus)

How does the selection process work?
