cFocus Software seeks an ELINT Operations Specialist to join our program supporting the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA). This position is on site in the Washington DC, MD, & VA area. This position requires a TS/SCI + CI Polygraph clearance. Qualifications:
Active TS/SCI + CI Polygraph clearance
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or related field with 4-12+ years of ELINT analysis experience
Knowledge of radar systems, electronic warfare, and signal processing
Experience with ELINT analysis tools and databases
Understanding of electromagnetic spectrum and RF propagation
Strong analytical and technical writing skills
Duties:
Analyzes electronic intelligence (ELINT) data to identify, characterize, and geolocate electronic emitters.
Conducts technical analysis of radar and communication systems.
Develops ELINT collection strategies and requirements.
Produces intelligence reports and technical assessments.
Maintains ELINT databases and reference materials.
Collaborates with signals intelligence analysts and mission partners.
Supports operational planning and targeting activities.
