For Helicopters Division we are looking for a Training Operation Control Specialist.
The resource will be in direct contact with, FFS provider, flight line, pilots and maintenance organization giving the possibility to “breathe aviation air” he /she will be also in daily contact with Training Academy Customers.
He/she will be required to create the training schedule with the dedicated SW tool, defining and implementing the yearly, monthly, weekly/daily/hourly student schedule for all the training period and training courses from the incoming day to the end of training activities.
The main 2 bases of the activity will be Sesto Calende and Vergiate.
Competency:
Management of issues related to customer satisfaction by planning the activity as per customer needs; ability to influence the customer’s requirements and understanding their constraints.
Knowledge of rules of the main regulation area in order to guarantee the high standard of efficiency to determine the applicable training program.
Knowledge of Air rules and ability to plan the flight, fill in the Flight Plan and manage it coordinating with the Air Traffic Control Authorities.
Ability to identify changes that affect planning and manage them in order to minimize impacts of the associated risks.
Be knowledgeable of relevant EASA/ FAA/ Oth. applicable Regulations. Among the others, as applicable, EASA Part ORA, Part FCL, Part 147, Part 66, FAA Part 142 and Part 61 will be a plus.
Knowledge of English Level : B1 or B2
