For our Helicopter Division, with sites in Cascina Costa di Samarate, Vergiate and Sesto Calende (VA), we are looking for STEM professionals to join a dedicated Talent Acquisition programme.

With STEM UP!, we are selecting a group of people with a degree in STEM disciplines (e.g. Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Chemistry, Energy Engineering, Automation Engineering, Nuclear Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Biomedical Engineering) who are interested in pursuing their professional career in a highly technological, international and innovation-driven environment.

The programme offers the opportunity to join the company directly on a permanent contract and, during the initial phase of employment, to take part in a dedicated training and development programme designed to enhance individual skills, distinctive qualities and potential, while fostering each person's contribution to the company's business growth and development objectives.

Requirements

• Master's degree in a STEM discipline
• Excellent command of English (B2 level)
• Willingness to relocate to the Varese area starting from November 2026

How does the selection process work?

Following the application collection phase, the CVs that best match the required qualifications will be evaluated and shortlisted.

Selected candidates will take part in an introductory interview with the Human Resources team, focusing on motivation and aptitude, followed by an in-depth technical interview with the relevant Business function.

At the end of the process, all candidates will receive feedback, regardless of whether the outcome is positive or negative.
