Job Description

The role is requested to analyze selected processes and provide appropriate support for QS improvement initiatives execution.

Main activities and key accountabilities are:

Analysis of selected processes, informatic tools and data to:

• Assess process performance
• Identify and share process critical areas
• Propose process improvement opportunities

Support to Project management activities of single improvement initiatives within Quality System , focusing on:

• Requirements collection and harmonization
• Business requirements definition for new process/digital tools within QS functions
• Coordination among different stakeholders
• Planning and monitoring of activities/ performance

Project status presentation to colleagues from different Functions and different levels.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in a STEM discipline
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset
• Upper-intermediate to advanced knowledge of the English language (B2/C1 level)
