We're looking for a dynamic and dedicated Elementary Teacher to join our passionate faculty. This role is ideal for an educator who thrives on inspiring students, fostering critical thinking, and creating meaningful learning experiences in the classroom.
Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver engaging lessons aligned with curriculum standards
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment using effective behavior management techniques
  • Provide one-on-one support through tutoring and mentoring
  • Evaluate student progress through assignments, assessments, and projects
  • Collaborate with fellow educators to refine teaching strategies and curriculum

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in education or a related field
  • Valid Michigan teaching certification
  • Strong classroom management and instructional design skills preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Genuine passion for teaching and student success
