Elementary Teacher of Students with Disabilities � Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)

Parkway Elementary SchoolEffective Date(s): 2026-2027 school year

Employment Terms:10 month school year

Full-time; eligible for health insurance benefits

Position is associated with the terms and conditions of the negotiated Agreement between the Educational Association of Paramus (EAP) and

the Board of Education.Reports To: Director of Pupil Personnel Services/Principal/Supervisor of Special ServicesJob Goal(s):To provide an approved elementary education program and establish a

class environment that fosters learning and personal growth; to help students develop skills, attitudes, and knowledge needed to provide a good foundation for continued education; and to maintain good relationships with parents and other staff members

Qualifications:

Teacher of the Handicapped or Teacher of Students with Disabilities

and Elementary K-6 CertificationsSalary:

Starting salary of $57,547.00

Placement on the Education Association of Paramus (EAP) Salary Guide, in accordance with experience and related qualifications
