Leadership Opportunity! Elementary School Principal (Grades K-4)

East Farms Elementary School is seeking an exceptional educational leader to serve as its next Principal. Qualifications:

Candidate must:

• Hold or be eligible for Connecticut Intermediate Administrator Certification (092)
• Demonstrate successful experience in educational leadership
• Possess exceptional communication, collaboration, and human relations skills
• Be committed to advancing student achievement and continuous improvement

Salary Range : $174,441 - $187,177 ; Additional $2,000 for Doctorate
