As a School Counselor, you'll play an important role in supporting students' social-emotional development, well-being, and overall success at school. You'll work closely with students, families, teachers, and school leadership to help students navigate the academic, social, and emotional experiences that come with growing and learning.
This is an especially exciting opportunity for a counselor who believes that meaningful relationships are at the heart of effective student support—someone who is proactive, collaborative, emotionally grounded, and able to build trust with students while partnering thoughtfully with the adults who support them.
The School Counselor will contribute not only to individual student support, but also to the broader culture of the school by helping create an environment where students feel known, supported, confident, and equipped with the skills they need to thrive.
