Your Responsibilities

• Du wartest, programmierst und hältst SPS-gesteuerte Anlagen und Maschinen in der Stahlproduktion instand.
• Du führst Fehleranalysen durch, beseitigst Störungen an bestehenden SPS-Systemen und arbeitest an der Infrastruktur sowie Bussystemen wie Profibus oder Profinet.
• Du implementierst neue Automatisierungslösungen, testest diese und dokumentierst Deine Arbeit.
• Du schulst das Bedienpersonal im sicheren Umgang mit den Systemen.
• Du arbeitest eng mit interdisziplinären Teams zusammen, um Produktionsprozesse zu optimieren.
• Du übernimmst Verantwortung in technischen Projekten zur Verbesserung und Weiterentwicklung der Anlagen.
• Du bist bereit, auch an Wochenenden oder in Rufbereitschaft zu arbeiten.

Your Profile

• Du hast eine abgeschlossene Weiterbildung als staatlich geprüfte:r Techniker:in mit Fachrichtung Automatisierung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
• Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung in SPS-Programmierung und -Inbetriebnahme mit, idealerweise in der Stahlindustrie.
• Du kennst Dich bestens mit Simatic Step7 und dem TIA Portal aus.
• Du hast Erfahrung im Umgang mit Siemens WinCC Prozess-Leitsystemen.
• Du verfügst über Kenntnisse in industriellen Netzwerken wie Profibus und Profinet.
• Du hast Projekterfahrung in technischen und/oder Automatisierungsprojekten gesammelt.
• Kenntnisse im Umgang mit virtuellen Maschinen (z. B. ESXi, VMware) sind ein Plus.
