Der Bereich Herstellung & Instandhaltung bündelt die Kompetenzen der Fertigungskonstruktion, Fertigung, Lagerlogistik und Instandhaltung. Gemeinsam realisieren wir anspruchsvolle High-Tech-Projekte – von der Planung und Materialversorgung über die Fertigung und Systemintegration bis hin zur Wartung und Instandsetzung komplexer technischer Systeme.
Unsere Mitarbeitenden arbeiten interdisziplinär an stationären und mobilen Einsatzsystemen, Containerlösungen sowie elektronischen, mechanischen und elektromechanischen Baugruppen. Moderne Fertigungsprozesse, digitale Lagerlogistik und ein hoher Qualitätsanspruch bilden dabei die Grundlage unseres Erfolgs.

Ihre Aufgaben
Herstellung und Integration von Geräten, Baugruppen und Kabeln nach technischen Unterlagen
Montage elektromechanischer Systeme sowie Installation elektrischer Baugruppen und Infrastruktur
Elektrische und mechanische Einrüstung von Containern und technischen Anlagen
Durchführung einfacher Crimp-, Löt- und Verdrahtungsarbeiten im Rahmen der Kabelfertigung
Aufbau, Verdrahtung und Prüfung von Schaltschränken und Verteilern
Austausch von Komponenten und Baugruppen sowie Durchführung kleinerer Reparaturen
Ausrichten, Justieren und Einstellen elektronischer Komponenten nach technischen Vorgaben
Durchführung von Funktionsprüfungen sowie Unterstützung bei Inbetriebnahmen
Dokumentation der durchgeführten Arbeiten
Zusammenarbeit mit Technik-, Produktions- und Engineering-Teams
Ihr Profil
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Elektriker, Industrieelektriker, Elektroniker, Mechatroniker oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Elektroinstallation, Gebäudeelektrik oder Schaltschrankbau von Vorteil
Erfahrung in der Montage und Installation elektrischer Anlagen
Kenntnisse im Bereich DGUV V3 sowie idealerweise USV-Anlagen
Erfahrung im Crimpen und Löten von Vorteil
Sicherer Umgang mit Werkzeugen, Messmitteln und technischen Unterlagen
Bereitschaft, sich in neue Technologien und Aufgabenfelder einzuarbeiten
Selbstständige, strukturierte und qualitätsorientierte Arbeitsweise
Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke sowie ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
