Our practice is defined by its focus on compassionate patient relationships, the use of cutting-edge technology, and a collaborative, collegial environment that supports clinical excellence.

  • ASC Growth: Play a key role in expanding the volume of ablations and device procedures performed in the Ambulatory Surgery Center.
  • Comprehensive Care: Conduct in-depth patient consultations, manage complex arrhythmia cases, and develop personalized treatment plans in both clinic and hospital settings.
  • Collaborative Practice: Work closely with a robust clinical team, including APPs, to provide integrated care within the HonorHealth network.
  • Work-Life Balance: Participate in a reasonable, shared call schedule alongside other EPs in the group and the hospital system.
Qualifications
  • Required: M.D. or D.O. degree; Completion of ACGME-accredited Cardiovascular and Electrophysiology Fellowships.
  • Certification: Board Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) in Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology.
  • Vision: A desire to innovate within the outpatient procedural space and a commitment to superior clinical outcomes.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Lucrative Base Salary with highly competitive production bonuses.
  • Relocation & Signing: Generous, negotiable sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.
  • Full Benefits Package: Comprehensive health, dental, and vision; 401(k) matching; and CME allowance.

  • Luxury & Culture: Home to the Scottsdale Fashion Square, high-end dining in Old Town, and a vibrant arts and gallery district.
