The Electronics Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and compliance of electronic assemblies across the full production process, including of surface-mount technology (SMT), electrical testing, and final test operations. This role develops, implements, and maintains quality control systems, conducting audits, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues. The engineer works closely with SMT production, electrical test technicians, and final test teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives, establish inspection criteria, identify issues, analyze data, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
