Teltonika’s security business unit designs and manufactures advanced electronic devices for intrusion detection and building protection. Our products are used in residential, commercial environments to enhance safety and provide intelligent monitoring. Leveraging cutting-edge technologies, we aim to set new benchmarks in the security industry.

As a member of a cross-functional team, your primary focus will be on designing and developing advanced electronic hardware solutions, including schematic design and PCB layout for innovative devices. Your responsibilities will also include designing and optimizing testing equipment to ensure product quality and support the seamless transition of these devices into large-scale mass production. In this role, you will:

• Drive product design from initial concept through to mass production, by using Altium Designer.
• Design printed circuit boards (PCBs).
• Create and develop electronic schematics.
• Analyze existing designs and develop innovative new solutions.
• Conduct prototype testing and design new testing scenarios.
• Work with advanced professional measurement equipment

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience or very good knowledge about Altium Designer
• 2+ years of similar work experience.
• Experience with analog and digital circuits.
• Ability to perform circuit simulations (e.g., LTspice or similar).
• Ability to solder SMD components.
• Understanding and ability to read technical documentation in English.

Salary

We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and field expertise. The salary for this position ranges from 18 Eur/h up to 28 Eur/h (~3000 Eur—4600 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise, with the option to get bonuses.
