We are looking for an Electronics Engineer to join our world-class multidisciplinary team and help solve complex technical problems across a wide range of industries.

As an Electronics Engineer with a focus on printed circuit board (PCB) design, you will work within multidisciplinary project teams to solve interesting technical problems for clients ranging from start-ups to global organisations and government bodies. You'll take ownership of electronics elements of projects, contributing both broad electronics know-how and detailed design of circuits and circuit boards.
We're interested in hearing from engineers at different stages of their careers – you may have only spent a few months in a first job or have several years’ experience. We can provide a wide variety of technical opportunities not often encountered elsewhere. We'll shape the role around the skills, experience and impact you bring, but we’re particularly keen to grow PCB design skills by mentoring, expert design reviews and working with a wealth of experience already in house.
We're less concerned with experience of specific software packages than with a keen interest in solving electronics problems. However, candidates may have experience with tools such as Altium or KiCAD for PCB design, LTSpice or other circuit simulation tools, or HyperLynx for signal integrity simulation, and we'd welcome exposure to any of these areas.
This role is well suited to engineers who enjoy tackling unfamiliar problems, working closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams, and helping to deliver robust, real-world solutions. We are looking for engineers with a genuine interest in electronics, at least a brief period of commercial experience, and a passion for developing innovative technology. We are open to candidates with varying levels of experience and will tailor the role and level accordingly based on the expertise and capability demonstrated during the recruitment process.
This is a client-facing role, so good communication skills, curiosity, and the ability to work effectively in a team is required.

Because of where this role sits, holding (or being able to obtain) UK security clearance is essential. You must be eligible to obtain Security Check (SC) level security clearance (https://www.gov.uk/guidance/united-kingdom-security-vetting-applicant). You must be able to work in the UK without restrictions in accordance with UK National Law and be prepared to successfully undertake an appropriate level of UK National Security Vetting according to UK Government criteria.
