As an Electronics Engineer, you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and testing electronic systems and components. Your role will involve creating innovative solutions to complex engineering problems, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of electronic products.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

  • Design, prototype, and test electronic circuits tailored for IoT devices, focusing on low power consumption, compact design, robust connectivity and reliability.
  • Perform circuit simulations using tools such as SPICE, LTspice, or Altium to validate designs before prototyping, ensuring efficiency and reliability.
  • Optimize PCB layouts and hardware designs for IoT applications, addressing energy efficiency, signal integrity, and radio performance.
  • Integrate sensors, actuators, and communication technologies into IoT systems, ensuring seamless interoperability.
  • Conduct simulations to predict circuit behavior under various operational conditions, including temperature, load variations, and power fluctuations.
  • Collaborate closely with firmware, software, and cloud engineers to ensure seamless integration of IoT devices with back-end systems.
  • Ensure circuit designs comply with IoT-specific standards, including electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and safety regulations.
  • Implement hardware-level security features to protect IoT devices from tampering and unauthorized access.
  • Maintain comprehensive design documentation, including schematics, simulation models, BOMs, and IoT architecture diagrams.
  • Mentor team members in circuit simulation tools and methodologies, fostering a strong foundation in design validation.

Qualifications

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
  • Expertise in circuit design and simulation tools such as Altium and SPICE.
  • Knowledge of IoT technologies and wireless protocols such as Bluetooth, WiSUN, and Cellular.
  • Understanding of industry regulations for safety, EMC, and IoT certifications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience implementing hardware security features.
  • Strong communication skills and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
  • Adaptability to emerging technologies and continuous learning mindset.
