Electronics Engineer

R&D - Hardware Engineer is responsible for,

• Design and develop efficient and cost-effective hardware design solution for automotive application.
• Defect free hardware deliverables
• Setting up the task and direction to the junior engineers.
• Training and guiding team for technical solution.
• Hardware Technical release
• Defining and planning test strategies.
• Technical interaction with internal and external customers.

Experience and skills

1. Experience in hardware design and development in automotive domain.
2. Very strong circuit design and layout know how for analog and digital circuit
3. Very good experience in EMI failure root cause analysis
4. Practical experience with high current MOSFET circuits.
5. Should be aware about functional safety concept.
6. Experience in electromagnetic compliant (EMI/EMC) circuit design and Testing.
7. Knowledge of schematic capture tools like Cadstar, Orcad, Mentor Graphics DxDesigner.
8. Experience in circuit simulation tools like Pspice, LTspice etc.
9. Should be able to do the board bring-up, test hardware as per the test plan, debug the board & resolve issues in the board.
10. Should be able to make hardware design document, BOM, create test reports.
11. Should be a good team player and can work independently on assignments.
12. Experience in working with cross functional team and global locations.
13. Experience in creating DFMEA
14. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualification:

B.E. B.Tech, M.E., M.Tech (Power Electronics/ Electronics)

Experience:

2 to 5 yearsof experience in Automotive domain
