Job Description

EW/USELMS Analyst

Location: 57 IS / 365 ISRG – JBSA‑Lackland, TX

Leidos is seeking an experienced Electronic Warfare (EW) and Technical Intelligence professional to support the 57th Intelligence Squadron and 365th ISRG at JBSA‑Lackland. The EW/USELMS Analyst conducts technical verification of Electromagnetic Systems data, ensures compliance with IC and EW standards, and provides subject‑matter expertise across Radar, EO/IR, Communications, ECM, and RWR systems.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Perform engineering assessments and QC of USELMS database files across Radar, EO/IR, Communications, ECM, RWR, and Platform models
  • Support Government Acceptance Reviews and brief findings to program leadership
  • Standardize and refine USELMS production processes and documentation
  • Analyze U.S. and own‑forces EMS‑dependent systems to ensure accurate modeling
  • Conduct preliminary Foreign Disclosure reviews and prepare foreign‑releasable model packages
  • Provide NATO emitter database updates (Radar/Communications) as approved
  • Manage Data Quality Feedback (DQF) reporting and resolution
  • Support AIRES by validating requests, assigning responsible agencies, forecasting timelines, and generating requirement packages
  • Identify modernization opportunities and improve data integration with IC systems

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum of a Bachelors Degree is required. Additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
  • Must have a current TS/SCI security clearance.
  • 6+ years of analytical experience in EW , IC, EMS, or IMD production
  • Strong technical writing, briefing, and independent work skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with USELMS modeling schemas (Radar, Communications, ECM, EO/IR, RWR, Platforms)
  • Familiarity with security markings/CUI handling
  • Knowledge of Nighthawk toolset

Pay Range:

Pay Range $87,100.00 - $157,450.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
