Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Avionics Board Repair Technician to join our team. This technician will be responsible for the troubleshooting, testing, and repair of complex avionics circuit boards and assemblies down to the component level, in compliance with industry and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform hands-on diagnostics and repairs of avionics PCBs and electronic modules.

· Troubleshoot to the component level using schematics, oscilloscopes, multimeters, and other diagnostic tools.

· Rework and replace surface-mount and through-hole components (SMT and THT).

· Document test and repair results accurately and completely in accordance with FAA, EASA, and company requirements.

· Collaborate with engineering on root cause analysis and continuous improvement.

· Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality procedures, and ESD protocols.

· Maintain clean and organized work areas, tools, and equipment.

· Duties and responsibilities may be expanded or adjusted in response to evolving company priorities.
