This role focuses on ensuring the effective management, optimization, and support of electronic health record systems that are essential to modern healthcare delivery. • Manage and maintain electronic health record systems, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and security of clinical and administrative data.
• Support EHR implementation, upgrades, configuration changes, and ongoing system enhancements.
• Provide training and guidance to healthcare staff on system usage, workflows, and best practices.
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with IT teams or vendors to ensure timely resolution.
• Customize templates, forms, and workflows based on clinical and operational requirements.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and usability.

Requirements:
