Ontic, a leading licensor and manufacturer of complex engineering parts for the global aerospace and defence industries, are now recruiting for a Electronic Assembly & Test Technician to join our team in Bishops Cleeve.

As Electronic Assembly & Test Technician you will be supporting our ambitious growth plans as a provider of OEM-pedigree parts, MRO Services and serviceable parts for legacy aerospace platforms.
You’ll be assembling, testing and inspecting various electronic products and final unit instruments. You’ll utilise documentation, tools and procedures to ensure compliance to quality standards to enable progression to inspection and release processes.

To be successful in this role you'll need to have previous experience of working in a high volume manufacturing environment with Electronic products. You'll have a good understanding of written instructions, schematic drawings, specifications, work orders and engineering documentation. You'll be able to demonstrate excellent dexterity and attention to detail and in addition to being computer literate.
You’ll be comfortable working towards deadlines and performance targets. You’ll have a passion for lean methodologies, continuous improvement and furthering your own personal education.
